Over Rob’s polo career, he has travelled extensively and gained a highly respected international profile not only as a polo player but also as a coach and horse trainer.

He also has a passion for property design and construction, having developed many equine properties from initial construction to the re-structuring of existing properties.

“ I have known Rob Ballard as a polo manager and professional player for the last 20+ years. You don’t use someone’s services for 20+ years if they don’t provide great service, a quality product and an enjoyable experience. Rob delivers on all those expectations. I could not recommend him more highly ”

Katie Edmeades

Katie was born in England and her passion for horses was evident from an early age, being brought up on a TB stud farm in Newmarket, the epicentre of British horse racing.

Travel has featured heavily in her career, working in many aspects of the game from initially grooming, to training young horses, to working as a pilot for several high-profile players, to playing, to managing professional players, clubs, and polo teams.

She has been privileged to captain both England and Australia in ladies polo which has taken her all over the globe, while having played off a plus goal rating for close to 10 yrs.

As well as being heavily involved in the early education of the young stock, Katie specialises in polo management and contract negotiations. In turn, she is well connected within world polo and contract works alongside many of the game’s biggest names and entities internationally.

“ I hold Katie in the highest regard when it comes to the people in the polo industry that are capable of much more than just playing the game. Katie is very well organised and has experience and knowledge of all things polo and horse related, with exceptional attention to detail. Katie lifted the professionalism of our operation during her time with us and improved the grooms’ systems and processes, as well as the general condition and performance of all our horses. Katie has a strong understanding of how to deal with people from all walks of life, which is very important in the polo industry ”
