K&R Pro Polo recruits for all aspects of polo internationally. We have a heavy presence in the grooms’ network and we find placements for many grooms, work riders and managers. Katie has added to her extensive address book, having sourced and then managed the grooms for the XI FIP World Polo Championships in Sydney.

With her heavy involvement within the sport, she is well connected and works as mentor to many polo grooms carving out their careers and helps place them in ideal working situations all over the world.

K&R Pro Polo will fill long term positions and seasonal contracts, as well as match help on a game by game basis.

Given K&R’s involvement in the racing industry, they also widen this service to recruiting and placing stud staff and track work riders.
